Digital Downloads will not be shipped. You will be able to download immediately after payment is processed. If you have registered an account, you can also access them from you “My Account” section on and via the order confirmation email that will be sent after your payment is processed. Refunds will not be made for user-errors. If you do not know how to use a file please do the proper research before completing your purchase.


Physical Products on this website will only be shipped customers in South Africa. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.  Physical products on’s website can only be shipped within South Africa.  Please view our list of suppliers to order in your area / country.

DAMAGES is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment company to file a claim. All packaging materials and damaged goods, should be saved, before filing a claim.
